  1. was just wondering what the mtt regs did before they start their session each day? i want to get back in shape and was wondering what some of you other mtt regs do before or after your session..
     
  2. most prolly rip the bong a few times then order some pizza while playing and haven't exercised in years

    I don't specifically plan to workout before/after a session, but having a routine everyday of your life helps soooooo much at the tables
     
  3. I like to get in 40 minutes of cardio and then half an hour of weights, I feel sharper when I have gotten a decent workout in before playing. You can also use the 5 minute break to get in a workout of push ups, crunches, squats, jumping rope, etc.
     
  4. i got tread mill , eliptical , heavy bag and weights , i been wout before my sess daily , same in vegas at the hotel gym , got to have some other type of motivation besides poker everyday imo
     
  5. im not really a 'reg' i guess but i like to go to the gym, you are out and about, you see other people with an agenda, and you get to laugh at people who have absolutely no form and dont realize they are accomplishing nothing (the same people who limp fold 8bbs)
    it really gets my head clear and me ready to play. Oh and bananas, peeling some bananas def good exercise

  7. Im on my second round of p90x and love it.....it is hard though to fit an hour workout in before poker but I feel great and definitely more focused after it....
