Admins, and whoever is interested in the ins & outs of the bill, particularly from a legal perspective --
A guy on the 2+2 forums (who I believe is an attorney) posted this analysis of the bill. It is MUCH more honest & informative than the cardplayer analysis that was posted today, which read more like propaganda than anything else.

Highlights (according to the author):
- It does not apply to professional poker players.
- Odds of getting it through the Senate may be higher than previously anticipated.
- Congress has the power to pass this. There's not much room for a legal challenge.
This should be required reading (especially for some of the people on here whose posts make me think they failed civics and english).
