Not sure exactly how many people were left at this point but we were down to 3 tables. I have the villain as a decent winner with a sample of almost 3k at these limits, he was opening slightly over 3x, opened once and showed AQ and jammed about 20 bb's over an open and showed AK. Not all that helpful in this spot but what is ur default play here against the shoving ranges of a seemingly decent player at these low-mid limits? If you do think it's a fold what range are you calling with?

No offense, but this is really no time to get cute, yeah yeah his range is pretty wide with the set circumstances, but fold, and pick a better spot and preserve the decent stack you still have.

What matters here is his range. From there it's easy to determine our own calling range. We need about 44.3% equity to call in order to be +cEV. You should know better then anyone else what his range really is, since you were the one playing with him, but I'll give it a shot knowing his OPR:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 59.202% 57.82% 01.39% 1354327688 32446332.00 { 22+, A2s+, K7s+, Q8s+, J9s+, T9s, 98s, A5o+, K9o+, QTo+, JTo }
Hand 1: 40.798% 39.41% 01.39% 923211520 32446332.00 { K7s }
Not sure how accurate that is, but assuming his true range doesn't deviate very far from it, it's a fold. So what range should we call with? Let's see what hands have over 44.3% equity versus that range:
22+, A2s+, A7o+, KTs+, KTo+, QJs
We have over 44.3% equity with those hands, so it's a +cEV call. I'm not sure how big a role ICM plays at this point in the tournament, but it shouldn't be too big. Play around with stove to get a better feel for this type of thing, it helps a lot. -
EDIT: nm misread
