  1. I was wondering what types of things do people do on those long grinds to help keep off tilt, and also to keep your train of thought? I have a terrible habit of going about 3-4 hours of playing solid in a tournament where I can't control my aggression, or my mind wanders.... Music, drinking, smoking, walks, breaks... anything?
  2. I find music on in the background a great help, and some one on messenger to discuss poker with always keeps me focused on thinking about making he right move.

  6. Multitable...keeps me from getting bored with a tourny
  7. have a huuge fat lipper, chewing keeps me fairly relaxed, but then when my tin is done im the biggest tilt monkey out there
