Do I just chalk this one up to life, or given my reads after 60 hands was my reraise just wrong? -
If there is ever a time to muck this it is now

Thnx Jeff, I saw you on the trny list, then thought you must have unregistered ...
We had got to the stage of very few contested pots, I thought the raise to 600 would push off the rest of the field and leave me HU w the limper if he didn't fold and maybe one other. I chose this risk to get more chips in the pot and get more value out of the Ks. Collaterally, if it ended up w just me and the limper I could push him off an A high flop. A bigger raise would have indicated a pair and he would have been confident his A was good. But you're right a bigger raise would have kept me in the trny, thanks. -
That's a pretty scary flop when you have an all in, and a call in front of you.
I'd say your KK is good here ~20% of the time.
I always like the raise to 4x bb with premium hands as opposed to 3x.
(obv u want to mix this up, blah blah etc.etc.... -
when four people go to the flop there I'm not even thinking about betting unless I hit a King.... just see it too many times
-
Jeff's right - raise more preflop and you dont have this issue. The one thing I would say is that you don't always have to raise 3x or 4x the BB. Too many ppl just use the slider bar and forget you can type a bet in. Don't be afraid to make it some odd number (ex. 755) with any of your bets.
As far as your post flop play is concerned, RyssAbbe's smooth call of 1755 (he had 5300 left) should send off warning signs immediately. Sometimes its better to think about hands a lot more before acting (which is what I think you are missing in this hand). -
Thanks you're right - too kind in fact, I need to be hit several times around the head to reinforce the point,
