    CALL.

    You have 2960 in chips at 10/20. If you call and hit your set, you'll probably stack him.
    If you miss, you fold and still have over 100BB here.

    But the other player only has 1490, leaving him 1230 after the raise. If the other player also had 3k, I wouldn't mind set mining. But given his stack is half yours, I wouldn't call here.

    you have position on him and he doenst have to have a big pair here, esp since hes the BB.
    I'd be tempted to call and see how he plays the flop
