    I apologize to the P'5's staff, but i felt compelled to reply to this issue.

    1.) Topaz Rose was a stalker gone wild. I witnessed many times this person just completely cause uproar after uproar with her "sick" harassment of KK. I find it hard to believe that someone who is "disturbed" enough to do this is seriously interested in policy issues of online sites. The real issue is obviously this person still wants to harass KK.

    2.) Many people i know have had others play on their account, because of internet connectivity issues, arriving late, etc. So let's get this straight, if KK's girlfriend played on his account, were the other players in the game cheated? LOL, how? They played against someone just starting to learn. PETTY PETTY PETTY. Ask a simple test question. DO YOU THINK THE ACTION INVOLVED WAS TO TRY AND GAIN AN ADVANTAGE OVER THE OTHER PLAYERS? If not, then it's a non-issue.

    3.) First hand, i can tell you that most of the time the observers are absolutely welcomed by most of the players who have become popular. I feel honored that others take the time to come say hello, and to wish me good luck. Have some gone too far at times? Yes. Absolutely. However, overall, I wouldn't change a thing. Sometimes it can be a little hectic when you are playing 4 tables, and people are chatting to you everywhere, but the hard cold reality is that the well wishing observers pump me up, and make me want to play my best...

    4.) If it was found out that a group of people were manipulating an account to defraud players or the site itself, then appropriate action should be taken. However, one of the key components of online play is the benefit of anonymity of the player, if so desired. A popular player should not be penalized because he is well known.

    5.) SO GO FRY THE BIGGER FISH, LET IT GO!

    BUT THAT MAY BE TOO MUCH TO ASK OF SOMEONE WHO HAS PROVEN IN THE PAST TO BE MALICIOUS.

    SEEK HELP

    Let the rest of us enjoy each others company, and especially let us decleat each other at the tables while still remaining friends.

    BR...Now that is a personal unfounded attack on my character and behavior on UltimateBet. Please provide me with your proof that I have 'stalked' anyone on UB. You have witnessed nothing of the kind and have chosen to twist your misunderstanding of the facts to attack me personally. Perhaps Adam will be so kind to ask you to refrain from such personal attacks.

    If not, perhaps I need to consult an attorney if you live within the jurisdiction of the United States? I have no clue if there is a criminal offense here or not, however I am sick of being called the most vulgar of names on UltimateBet by so-called professional as yourself. Stalking is a serious criminal act in the United States. Shame on you and all those who agree with your opinion of me personally, who don't know me from Adam, btw. I don't recall playing nor speaking to you or most of the players who have chosen to be so unkind in voicing their personal opinion of my character -- which btw has absolutely nothing to do with the TOPIC I brought up on this forum.

    Rose, it's time to bring this issue to a close. It's getting way out of hand - none of this belongs on a public forum. We emailed you about it, but the problem persists. Both sides have thoroughly said their piece. We ask that you just stop posting on the issue so that we do not have to take any further action. We also ask that others stop posting on this issue as well unless they have something original to say that makes a valid contribution to this board.

    Seriously, anybody with a modicum of intelligence would not post the threat of legal action for this. Not even Johnny Cochran could have made that into a case. A lawsuit? Wow. Reality, line one...

    Cal, I have not checked my e-mail and I will do so now. I am considering consulting with an attorney as to the laws re: stalking as that is what I am being accused of which is indeed a crime. Anyone got a problem with that? Oh well. Perhaps I should have been more clear.

    And Cal, do as you wish re: the topic of Advertised Professional Players allowing others to play for them on the site doing the advertising. You don't find it a poker issue, I am truly disappointed. It seems you are allowing the bs posts to cloud your judgement. So be it. I am truly experiencing deja boo here. This is exactly how it went on UltimateBet re: this issue. In the meanwhile, do allow all the other strings that may be offensive to certain ethic groups to carry on. Amazin' how those in authority lose their sense of humor dang fast when I bring up an issue that may hurt their dang business.

    I will now go read that e-mail and thank you for informing me ya even sent me one. I would have much rather had a pocketfive staff member give THEIR opinion about the TOPIC AT HAND rather than the bs that is clouding it.

    We've sent out emails to quite a number of posters who are out of line. We like to keep those issues private instead of publicly calling someone out. On the rare case that one has disregarded our requests to stay on topic, we have made our requests more public.

    to all people. Sometimes you just have to say enough is enough, the customer is always right until you decide you cannot afford to have a particular person as a customer any more. If I was UB, I would get out the scissors and CUT THE STRING.

    Adam... I just tried to check my e-mail tied to this membership and unfortunately my server has stopped the download of my e-mail for reasons I am not sure yet. I suspect it is a security measure as I have had so many hackers since the fall of 2004 attacking my computer.     Rose, you've been posting about this issue since 3/18 on our boards, I dont think you can say we quickly lost our sense of humor.

    We're stepping in at this point because the issue is no longer of value to the board - we're beating a dead horse and it's getting too personal.

    In all fairness Cal, why are posts continuing past your statement on this string -- actually, why is this string even still here considering the inflammatory nature of brsavavage's comment, albeit with apologies to you, although disregarding your request. I've received your e-mail and have responded and will now take a break from posting all together until issues, irrelevant to my initial question to ubtommy, are cleared. Btw, Cal I have been a member on this site since 1/18/05 and I find it interesting that some of the parties involved here have just recently decided to join this forum...both on the same date as matter of fact -- 3/29/05. I certainly don't considered them stalkers and they are welcome to follow me where ever I choose to post this issue.

    I did let it go Cal until I was invited by ubtommy to address it again. Shame on me for not knowing that was inappropriate.

    Absolutely no hurt feelings here -- none of you know me well enough for me to allow such nonsense. Although, if one of you should actually really believe I am guilty of the criminal offense of stalking and pursue it legally, then I am grateful for the American judicial system that has the rule of law -- innocent until PROVEN guilty. I challenge any one who has accused me of this act to put their words into action and prosecute me to the fullest extent of the law. Otherwise, your words are nothing more than adolescent mumblings and rumblings...geesh...if I weathered what the guys said, or rather wished about me, in high school, I can weather the boorish comments of grown men who I have somehow offended by my questions.
