  2. This is an absolute game of chicken here.

He could deffinetly be defending with a Strong ace, c-bet the flop since you were probably bulling (and you were) and you should probably fold a hand like 24, but you float him. Now he's worried you may have a hand of somekind, he may be checking the turn with the intention of check-raising (if he's got an over pair) you check behind because you've got a draw. The scare card hits on the river, and you reraise.

You having an Ace in this spot isn't very believable imho. The bigger fear for me if I'm BB and have an Ace is that you raised crap and hit two pair. A hand like AJ should be sick with your raise on the river, but will likely call you anyway.
  3. first of all i didnt check raise river, what i figured were likely holding for me was a-6 and a-3, and i figured if he wasn't that smart he wouldn't worrie about what i had or didnt have but since i put him on 10-j ish kind of hand figureing he would fold it

  4. This is crazy aggressive, investing a lot of your stack in a pot where you have no showdown value. If you have a crazy read on this player, and feel you can jerk him around like this, kudos. If not, and your just doing this to a random player... this is mad spewy and most decent and above players will destroy you for it.
  5. I like your level of aggression. I'm not sure this is a good spot, but I like that your putting villain to the test.

He's getting like 2:1 on the river call, right? And he's already committed like 30% of his stack to the pot? The only hand he can really put you on is a strong ace, because a set probably isn't checking behind on the turn, especially with two draws out there.

IMO, his check on the turn and lead on the river looks pretty strong to me. I don't think you can rule out hands like 57, A10, 34, A6. Because you have no showdown value and you don't know how light villain is calling, ie: is he folding bottom two pair?, I'm probably not making this move here.

From villain's perspective, you played the hand pretty passively and and your river shove could look a lot like a missed draw. I think I'm only making this move if I feel villian is a really weak player and I've seen him raise fold before.
