  1. I applaud you for thinking this out and respect the decision that you made. I am sure it was very difficult for you, but I do feel that it was the correct one.

You probably made the right decision, and I do agree with the above statement. I do think that you screwed yourself, though. If you would have been doing well in school and hitting the books hard the last few semesters, then you would be going to this tournament. All you can do is blame yourself and look back on how you screwed up. So move forward now and take your studies seriously because you don't want another opportunity that would come up to be taken away like this one has been! GL young fella.
  3. Ive met Matt before. Hes a very good kid. I just want to tell you that I would have most likely gone in this spot without my parents permission, but I applaud you for making the CORRECT choice and not going to australia imo. GL in school man
  4. i know this was such a difficult spot for you. But i firmly believe making the correct decisions in these spots will lead to better things and a happier life for you in the long run. I applaud the fact that you thought this out so well and come up with the choice that benefits you the most in the future
  5. You decided not to go. Enjoy the wisdom of making others in your family happy with your decision and otherwise put it behind you because you have no idea, and cannot ever have any idea, whether you would have busted out first, in the middle, on the bubble, just inside the bubble, or at final table.

Be confident that there really was no wrong choice, really no perfectly correct choice, either. You made a perfectly reasonable decision.
