keep in mind that im a weaktight nit, but i fold here.
1. you have no read on the villain, and although hes raising 4x utg (which makes me think hes bad),
2. you dont have the odds to set mine,
3. if you smoothcall, youre going to be out of position,
4. raise/folding is clearly bad,
5. and raise/calling means youre potentially going to get it in with almost 40bb with jacks. i suppose thats not the biggest crime in the world, but against a somewhat competent utg, his range is probably going to be 99+, AQ+
there is always an argument for smoothcalling and playin postflop poker. i just happen to suck at this -
i would call and check raise most flops

def not folding

i would consider two lines.
1) Flat and check raise the flop when the low cards hit
2) shove all in pre flop. if you like to get a commanding stack.
I definitely would not 3 bet in this situation
I would flat personally and evaluate on the flop -
call.

ya just flat and get it in on good boards, u dont gain as much value preflop as u can postflop maybe im wrong
