quite early after rebuy period...
seems strange but i dont feel like I beat alot of hands here...or do i?
does anyone just fold here...
</SPAN> -
i just dont get when people do this and then think about folding......like why are you calling pre if you arent going broke on good boards? trying to re-eval post flop? I think if you're calling pre you should just be sticking it in on these kinds of boards....also fwiw i dont mind flatting the flop with the intention of getting it in on all decent turns...in fact thats probably best but I'm never folding.
-
so youre set mining? if you know youre set mining pre that fine...now fold. But I'm not sure that his range is AA and KK only. I do think he's probably still 3 betting AK and JJ seeing as I know him as a fairly aggressive player. I dont think folding this flop is bad at all. I'm just saying that I dont do it and to be honest I'm not sticking it in on the flop and hoping cuz I dont think he is calling with JJ and we're turning our hand into a bluff. I think the way to get max value is to call flop then check and re eval turn. That way you get a little more value from bluffs and JJ.
-
surely rerraising all in on the flop is the better play
i think if i had KQcl/AQcl or variations of that im shoving all in on that flop so why wouldnt he call with JJ?
wat hand would i realistically flat call on that flop?? J10/Q10 if i was a really bad player...6s...5s...10s
also wat if the turn brings a club or 10/Q/K/A to freeze him up... -
FOOOOLD =)
I thought about this hand.. I have JJ, puntnko shoves.
Is it terrible to call? It feels like it is -
Why would you shove approx 15-16kish after a bet of 1400? That just sounds bad.....either a)play it like a puss, and c/c everything since you put him on JJ+ anyway, and fold to scare cards b)raise his bet on the flop to 3519 and if he shoves, then you can decide (leaving urself 12kish with a pot of 22k c)raise his flop bet to 4200 and close eyes, click call, and high five monitor when he flips JJ d)raise and kill urself when you stack off to AA when he shoves or e) call flop, reevaluate (if he has AK he has 24% to hit) or f) FOLD
Toughy, but I know AK AQ 99 etc are all making a cbet on this flop...or do one better...min raise him and scare the hell outta him? :) -
What about 3 betting preflop?
-
I think shoving is losing value but I definetly think you have to raise. I can't see getting away from this hand very often. He could definetly be making this play with alot of different hands trying to take the pot away from you if he put you on two big cards and thinks you missed the flop. I don't like just calling because if an A or K comes on the turn you won't know where you are.
