Anyway, about 800 people left in the $3 Rebuy.. Played pretty good thus far, mixing aggressive/tight styles.. I was known as somewhat aggressive.. To mix, I limp here because of a few shortstacks at my table that were definitely ready to shove.. My original plan was to limp/call any shove and/or raise and raise.. The bigstack here that raises was the most aggressive player at the table.. Playing nearly any ace, calling almost every raise if he was in the BB, etc.. What is the correct play?

Shove? make it 15k? Shortstack is obv calling, just trying to figure out what I should do against bigstack.. -
If big stack is a decent player (reads?) then it looks like a weak attempt at isolation. Every body but you has to cold-call 5000 if they want to play. Not likely. He could have A-T+ Along with TT-AA, I'd say. He doesn't need to risk anything.
Shortstack could have any decent pair seeing as he only minraised. Christ knows what he's doing. If anybody has AA here, I'd say the shortstack does. But that doesn't mean I think the shortstack has AA. So yeah, make it 15,000.
If he shoves you, I don't know what I'm doing... You have the chips to make a fold here and still have and M of 30. But I don't know if it's too spewy to 4-bet fold here. I think it probably is, so you'd have to call a shove. -
With a fairly deep stack and being only preflop still, I`m very rarely putting in the 4th bet there especially against the big stack. I`m just not trying to build the pot there I`d much rather control the pot-size, and your also gonna be out of position post-flop. I would call the 5k or 3750 it was back to you, the shortstack is calling off his remaining stack here too obv., so on the flop alot of times he is gonna just check it down with you if you both miss he is weak etc. if he bets no matter how aggressive or dumb you think he is you have2 fold if you dont connect. However if I do raise to 15K and he comes back over giving the stack sizes I`m never ahead here he has some kind of pair, even if you think there is a small chance he has AQ AJ in this spot it is still alot of chips to be putting in when you can surely find better spots, I know if he has the AQ AJ there its a gr8 spot obv but I think its just 2 likely he has a pair and there isn`t much need to call off 60K+ in an at best race situation. I`m also probably not limping AK UTG+1 to start with especially if you think the shortstacks want to push, dont really get that were u limp trapping shortstacks with AK? I`d probably have raised called the 3 bet and check folded flop. Just curious what did the shortstack have in the hand it seems with his min raise there is a chance he held an ace AA AK AQ AJ or so thus making ur outs thinner

I'm still trying to figuire out what to do. I'll be honest, I rarely limp AK, not that I think it's horrible or anything, just not my own play. I really want to say flat the 5k, but that doesn't sounds right for some reason. Re-raise/folding is pretty spewy so that has to be ruled out right away. That leaves folding, flatting and raise/calling or shoving. The way the hand played out, I don't think raise/calling can be the best way to play it as it really as a ton of chips to get in the middle against a tighter range. I'm lost on this one, just figuired I'd give my opinion.

def 3-bet call in the 3$ rebuy/15k call, whatever.. gatta get chips

I'm a 100% pusing here. You have to remember most of these players are awful in a low stakes rebuy. The 5,000 raise seems like a semi-steal with a decent hand. maybe JJ/QQ at best. I take my chances and hope he has AQ-AT or maybe -TT. I play fairly aggressive, however, I take my chances b/c I don't see him having KK/AA, and if he does gg, bad luck.
Just don't see what you're doing with a bad flop...
