Yeah i guess playing the player that's a fold unless you think he checked to try and get a cheap look at a flush draw? But then again, would he push the nut flush draw here or just fold it? Looks like a fold. If i was in your spot though I prob would have called and high fived the monitor then puked and said "F**** DONKEYS"
-
I know you'd like to pick up a big pot here, but just curious as to why no reraise from the c/o... with such a small raise, chico can be sitting with literally anything here (playing it setish) and now you have no clue where JT is.
BTW, since I can't even win at the crappy club we play at (where have you been lately anyhow hat?) you can probably just disregard this whole thing. -
Your going to fold and leave yourself that many chips? Hmm I dont know. This is high stakes and all but no 3 Bet Pre?
-
I think you are up against AsQs and an over pair to the board like QQ or JJ for Jordan. One of the reasons for your smooth call pre was to hide the strength of your hand. This would be the ideal flop for you.
-
if he has 777 or AA so be it... im not folding,
-
If this is where your head is, el foldo, he's got ya. Still got 20BB's to pick a spot imo.

I'll post results after some more replys -
i fold every time.....
-
Im probably sticking it in here since you dont have a ton of chips and lotta flush draws and smaller pairs that could be out there. Just hit a king.
-
i call here....
-
pros can tilt , and he obv doesnt have the nuts imo.
-
if you fold you leave yourself with 17bbs which is still workable..
this is definitively a read based decision..if you had 500 less chips i say its a must call as played...
not gonna go into your preflop play as i understand flatting with big pairs in position in higher buyins but i dont like your flat pre with your stack..you are vulnerable imo and need to maximize if in fact you are not up against AA pre -
Ok so I ended up tanking for a min and folded. Chico ended up folding as well and Jon won the hand. He later told me he had AA so it was a good fold results oriented.
Its definitely player dependent here and I think Jon's range is pretty defined as 22 55 77 QQ-AA and Ax of spades. TT-JJ is marginal and I doubt he ever shoves those.
I agree with cmkpics' analysis 100%. Any less chips and its a no brainer. 3 betting preflop might be the best play here but I tried to gamble it up and create a big pot. Def one of the toughest spots I have encountered in awhile.
Thanks for all the responses. -
And the sickest thing is you ended up getting away from the sickest cooler in NLHE as freakin' cheaply as possible.
-
i shove pre :/
as played ugh idk prob isnt that bad to gamble and call the price u got is pretty solid and QQ can show up here from PJ.. is he really folding QQ on that board? -
Hell yeah man freakin kudos to Hattrick for getting away from it for cheap. As Phil Hellmuth would say, "Honey, I was supposed to go broke with this hand!"
-
he doesnt raise those cards. the bottom of his range here is 1010 the top is aa. you probably shoved, he probably showed aa or qq.
imo the call here is retarded, this is still a stage where u wanna protect your hand and the villain isnt known to raise light so anything from a min-raise to a jam would be sufficient.
ftr i dont read any posts before i reply so i prob look like a retard
