i fold. if he's good enough to turn 55 into a bluff here then good for him

I think either way you get to the same point...wonder if chk turn bet river would get same result or not on him c/r you. From what I've seen is he is spewy+good, and has decent profit to show for it. Therfore, I'm prolly betting flop, checking turn, and then calling river or b/f river. Seems like your hand is pretty air or easy value hand here and really shouldn't be a spot he can be bluffing....? Really only thing that makes sense is 6x, 4s, backdoor spades? But really don't know what backdoor spades he can c/c flop with.

i think ur going against a boat here.. he was Sb could could easily hold the 6,k 6,4suited let alone 44. he was going headsup vs a 2.5 preflop-raise , battler is definitly callin with a widish range here... i personally dont like the bet on the river, i feel u had position and could of just checked behind him. post hand result later down the track, my money is on he holds 44.

I prob fold. He literally has close to ATC in his range. No idea how he does what he does, but the results don't lie. Does some real strange shit, the kind of shit I can't ever seem to get away with. But it seems to work for him. Mafinest22 prob did a better job describing it in his post than I did.

check back flop, and get 2 streets of value out of him on turn and river just hopin he hits something or has some medium pair and doesnt believe you. i think you should bet bigger when the K hits on the turn. but as played, ive def seen him bluff off huge stacks with air taking lines like this and im not folding here, if has a 6 then congrats but im not folding to him
-
Does he call from the small blind with 76, 65 or 33?
If so this is a gross spot because he can represent a lot of value hands, the ones I mentioned plus backdoor flushes. But given that board if hes good he recognizes you cant stand a lot of action as you need like 6x, 33,kk to continue. His raise size is very big. Im not so sure what that means anyway.
On the other hand, IMO what you should really be paying attention is his call in the turn. Some good players can float the flop OOP, but to do that also in the turn is quiet unlikely. If they were to bluff, prolly they would check raise the turn. So what range you can assign to his check-call in the turn? pure air seems unlikely, it seems likely he is calling with trips or better+draws, so when the river fills the straigh and FD, and he check raises you, i think you have to fold. -
fold. might spite call sometimes just because hes capable of doing it with air and i hate folding to him, but more times than not youre not good here. Like even 63s is in his range pre. I think you played the hand fine. Hes very unorthodoxed and I used to think he was bad and spewy until I played and watched him more. Hes actually pretty good and hes pretty entertaining and does some crazy shit that works for him. His stats speak for himself

Battler is my fkin hero!! he s very unpredictable and plays that game like nobody. he told me 1 time he learned his own style by trial and experiments. he told he doesnt't like books, forums, videos etc. true sicko imo.
he's def the best player ever to rail deep in a MTT with a big stack, and one of my favourite player of all times!
that being said i still fold the hand too. :(
now just for fun : THe Battler at work :
