    PLO sucks as an online tourney game b/c there are no antes and you cant ever really get any fold equity.
    Any reasonable hand is never a big dog to another hand so when someone raises and you reraise you aren't threatening them like you can in NL holdem.
    Maybe big events like the WSOP with very deep stacks would make it more skill based but online PLO tournaments are just about a crapshoot after halfway thru the tournament.
