Ok, so this is a semi-brag post. Today, after a month where I kept bubbling tourneys, getting coolered or bad beat near the end of tourneys, I won the Bodog 10dollar 5k at 9:10pm and the Bodog 44 dollar 5k at 10:20pm. I recently had lost a lot of confidence and was playing absurdly passively, but the deeper I went in today's tourneys, the more confidence I gained. I guess I'm getting my first taste of prolonger tourney variance. I calculated my tourney profit for the last month, and thanks to the 2 wins today, I'm finally up for the last month. Now, if only I didn't play cash games when I run badly in tourneys, and tilt, my roll would be much healthier, lol.

Waco, curious, what is the deepest downswing in terms of time and money a top mtt'er like you has gone through? How do you keep your spirits up (or do you?) during this time?
