Transferring notes to new computer

    So i got a new computer and I lost all of my notes on all players. I am going back to the store tommorrow to transfer information to my new computer. Will my notes get transferred? If not, what do I need to do to get my notes on my new computer?

    depends on the site. if you go into the client folder for stars and tilt, you just click on notes and all the notes youve made on players are in there. you can copy the notepad and paste it into your new computers client folder

    In "Program Files" > Full Tilt Poker > 'your username'.xml

    Copy it, and put it in the same folder on your new computer.

    Well I got full tilt notes on my new computer, I just cant get them showing on fulltilt poker. Am I missing something here? Also, where or the old notes from stars under on my old computer? Any help is greatly appreciatied

    Did you close ftp and re-launch it?

    Stars notes are in program files > pokerstars > notes.xml

    On your new computer there will be a notes file there already which is automatically created when you install the software and log in. Make sure you delete these new files and replace with your old files from your old PC.

    And yeah you need to close and restart the software after you do it.
