Trouble with playing podcasts

    Can anyone help me, I'm having trouble playing podcasts. I try to download them through iTunes but get a message that's says something like can't be played on this iPhone. Is going through iTunes the only way? And why won't they play on my iPhone ffs? Any help would be appreciated as I'm obviously a noob to podcasts and iPhones.

    go to the p5s home page, scroll down to bottom right where podcasts are listed, click play, should play through ur browser right on ur computer
