They're down to NINE.

Mike "The_Grinder" Mizrachi, PocketFives.com's #36 ranked player, just lost a massive pot before the break. On a flop of 2-5-6, he bet $100,000 of his $450,000 stack. The small blind check raised him all in, and after thinking for literally ten minutes the small blind called the clock on him. His hand went dead while he was still thinking, and the small blind picked up a massive pot. The small blind flipped over pocket 3's, Mike said he had 3-6 suited.

Unfortunate laydown for Mike, but he left himself with enough chips to be a contender. He came into the day as the shortstack in the tourney, so congrats to The_Grinder on his run so far.

Tracy Scala, "Fat Cats" on UB, just picked up the first pot after break, as he pushed all in when someone raised in front of him. He's close to $500,000 in chips now. He's got a great shot at making the WPT final table.

Negreanu has a humongous stack, Chau Giang is chip leader with over a million. Scotty Nguyen is still trucking.
