There was one more hand I witnessed, after I got knocked out and while I was writing support, that also is evidence which adds to the proof. I don't have the hand history but here is the low-down.
6 players remain Blinds 300-600
ASE34 (8716 chips)
garky777 (1790 chips)
3 players under 1k chips.
ASE34 Small Blind
garky777 Big Blind
Folds around to ASE34 who min raise to 1200
garky777 moves all-in for 1790
ASE34 folds
garky777 now has 2990 and is assured a win.
One other way the prevent from getting caught: Make sure you mix in some games where your partner is not in them. ASE34's last 18 games have all been with garky777. 15 PLO DoN's, 2 HE SnGs, and 1 5-Card Draw SnG.
C'mon cheaters, use your heads a little. -
I'm sure they were playing a $5 game to practice their "skills" and one day move up to the higher levels and cost the ballers millions in equity, Therefore, all you HSMTTers can ship to runninbad (Reno) on pokerstars depending on how much you think I saved you.

Nice job calling your shot BTW, and old MMM avatar > New MMM avatar. -
just...lol
:) -
I'm sure you're all sitting on the edge of your seats anticipating the outcome of this. So, I thought I would update.
On Apr 19th I received an email from stars stating a formal investigation had been initiated. No findings have been made yet.
Since my initial email to Stars, ASE34 has played 5 SnGs (including 2 today) and all of them have been with garky777. Micro-cheaters FTW! -
Uh, if u were cheating, y would u play HE SNG's?? Am I missing something here?
-
hmmmm
i remember this game, i bubbled because of it i beleive -
nice catch man, good job.

stars pretty much doesn't care about low limit cheating. I emailed them earlier due to a player saying they have to go, so he raised every pot and every bet, then mucked on the river till he busted himself.
Some fishy things going at stars now.
Even with the new BS law they still tell you ways to deposit.
I've just read about the 100 million hands analyzed and the favorite winning 28% of the time.
And they obviously don't give a shit about cheating. -
What does that have to do with cheating on the site?

Can you link me to where you read about that? -

Hello Christopher,
First allow me to apologize for the delay in responding to your
report. This particular case was quite involved and more time
than usual was required for the review.
We have concluded that the play of 'garky777' and 'ASE34'
violated the integrity of our games. They have been informed
that they are no longer welcome to play on our site. In addition
they were disqualified from events in which their unfair play
affected the outcome. Players who advanced as a result have been
compensated at the expense of the colluders. You advanced to the
money in T#264510571. Your account has been credited $10.00 to
reflect your new finish position.
The integrity of the games at pokerstars is of paramount
importance to us and we will not abide unfair play in our games.
We work hard to police our games to assure our players of a fair,
secure place to play. In the rare cases where collusion has
actually occurred, we make sure that any players affected are
compensated appropriately.
Please accept our thanks for your timely report and continued
play here on PokerStars. Please do not hesitate to let us know
any time we can be of help.
Regards,
Julio

That's a good read but I don't see anything in there that says the favorite wins 28% of the time. Can someone point that out to me if it's there?
Nice, glad to see they made things right. Stars pretty much always does...Originally Posted by runninbad

Nice! Glad ps followed through.

LOL...really? I get emails every few weeks from Stars refunding me money in SGs I was in where they found collusion. And I play $3-$12 SGs. Pretty sure they still care about collusion and cheating at any level.

What it actually says (4INSTANT) is that out of those hundred million, 75% didn't see a flop, and then out of the remaining 24 million (24.3%), half of those were won by the (eventually) best preflop hand, (not the preflop favorite, but the holding that would have made a better five card hand than the rest of the table, whether it was AA or 62o). In the other half the best hand folded sometime before showdown (and usually ended up screaming at the monitor "damn, i should have played my 83s, i would have had a flush").Cigital examined 103 million hands of Texas Hold’Em poker played
at pokerstars. In the majority of cases, 75.7% of the time, the game’s
outcome is determined with no player seeing more than his/her
own cards and some or all of the community cards. In these games
all players fold to a single remaining player who wins the pot. In
the 24.3% of cases that see a showdown (where cards are revealed
to determine a winner), only 50.3% of showdowns are won by the
player who could make the best 5-card hand. The other roughly
half of the showdowns are won by someone with an inferior 5-card
hand because the player with the best 5-card hand folded prior to
showdown.
Obviously another case of reading comprehension gone bad. (Caveat: I also only read the first paragraph, so I may be full of shiite too)
Reason: Fixed the quotes
