after reading flexnash and kmitch's posts on their alleged deal or no deal situation and how UB went against their policy of enforcing deals. i contacted UB and linked the url to the posts, here's UB's response to the situation. basicly they say we can't talk about this specific situation, but we never take funds out of a players account without their permission and never enforce deals. yet that's exactly what they did in this situation what total bs. i hope flexnash contacts the gaming commission and gets his money back....

comments on this issue. Rest assured that we never debit nor transfer any kind of currencies
from our customers' accounts without their previous request. Our Poker Card Room is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission

That line is enough. If they deem what they saw in the chat buffer as a deal, then that could be said to be a request by the player to withdraw funds. -
Yeah--always good to back up a sleezeball trying to cheat another player out of a deal--then trying to use rules to back up the low life existence you lead...
Apparently--you want to make sure you can also cheat a player and not have to worry bout the consequences.
