  1. 1. Blinds/ante at 400/800 100. UTG makes normal raise to 2000, mid position flat calls. I'm in the cutoff with QQ, raise to 7500. Folded to original raiser, who pushes for 75k, mid position folds.

I have 150k, would leave me with 75k. Opponent is new to table, has only played one hand. What should I do?

    2. Blinds/antes at 500/1000 100. Folded to me on the button, I have pocket 10's. Raise to 3k, BB raises to 10k, I call.

Flop come J, 5, 7 rainbow. SB bets 12k; I raise to 36k, he re-raises to 75k. I have 160k, he has me covered. Opponent has been playing more pots than most, and has played them very aggressively. What do you put him on, what should I do?
  2. im nowhere experienced to answer #1..but #2 seems pretty standard imo..Fold????
  3. Im an idiot who doesn't have a decent score in a year but I think both are pretty standard.

  4. hand 1 fold.

    hand 2 fold

fwiw in hand 2 i`d have probably called the 12k bet and re evaluated on the turn
  5. 1st one-I prolly call but a fold wouldnt be all that bad.

2nd one-I would reraise after his raise pre. As played, just smooth call his bet on flop and eval turn for sure. What was his stack size?
  6. he had 220k to start the hand

  7. everybody should stop giving advice.

    call the first hand.

why on gods earth would you raise the flop after he leads out? what are you trying to accomplish by that? if youre bluffing, then it shouldnt even be a question, but you dont even have a plan of why youre raising
  8. hand 1- I def cal
hand 2- Dont like the way you played it but I fold.

  10. You're right, but that's exactly why I posted this - to find out how better players would've played these hands.
    As it turns out -

    1. I fold, he shows KK.

    2. I fold, he shows 2-3 offsuit. My read was right (that he had nothing), but like damage says above I should've flat called.

  11. 1. -how many chips does mp caller have?
3b prob should be bigger with raisers opening stack and the flat caller bc they might both come along , i dont think flatting is bad here tho
-not really a tough fold with just queens here in the main/he rarely has jj

    2. call flop wtffffff
4b pre could be fine for alot of reasons but id prob rather call its

  12. call #1

button v blinds in #2. i def 4-bet. as played i flat flop, take down his check on turn

nvm thought it was 150k more this is prob a call with QQ depending on some timing stuff

why r u bettting most turns?

  14. your raise in h1 looks like a steal to me. your hand looks stronger imo if you raise to more like 4500-5200. he could of thought that it was a steal and pushed w jj or 1010 or he could of had AK AA or KK. i think you may of gotten more info from him that way.
