    so im sitting 4 handed in full tilt ftops shootout when a pop up box comes up and asks me to validate my email addy. apparantly they sent an email to my addy with a code and i have to verify. no problem im all for security features. only thing is there is no code in my email box. so now im locked out of an ftops event 4 handed. well played

    woah man that's super hurting by tilt...

    something similar happened to me on stars once but they let me finish all my tournaments before they locked my account for approval... u know like what is sensible... wow

    i've personally had more problems with stars than ftp... just me tho i guess but this is completely unacceptable. why wouldnt they at least let him finish tournys before they investigated his account or given him some advance notice?

    its fuked but what are u supposed to do, not play ftops as a pro? i mean cmon... but the customer service has pretty much pushed it to that point

    fwiw full tilt does have a phone line.... but only for deposit help, LMAO
