    OK, I am playing the 30r on UB and get to addon break with about 4k or so. I take the double addon as soon as it is allowed. I see immediately with about 2 mins left in the break that I didnt get the extra 4k in chips for the double addon. I try to addon again and the feature isnt there. So I am basically screwed this tourny cuz the addon is so huge. I email them about the problem and this is their response.
    After checking tourney $12.5K GTD ID 5820623, I confirmed that it allowed
    re-buys and add-ons and they worked properly. Please notice that once you
    receive the pop up, you will have a couple of seconds to act, otherwise, you
    won't be able to do so. Unfortunately, in this case a refund doesn't apply;
    however, if this happens again please send us a screen shot in order to start an
    investigation.

    Any thoughts with how to proceed with this? I mean this comment " Please notice that once you
    receive the pop up, you will have a couple of seconds to act, otherwise, you
    won't be able to do so." doesnt make sense to me. So if you click to add on in a 3 min break and dont click add on immediately (which I did), that your not allowed to add on the rest of the 3 min break. Please some make sense of this for me.

    If you accidentally hit cancel in the box after you click the "double add on" tab in the bottom right, it closes the box and theres no way to bring it back up. pretty retarded imo. theres been plenty of times where i thought i was clicking "Ok" to add on but clicked cancel instead and then you're screwed. did it definitely take the $60 out of your account? if it did and they didn't give you your 4000 chips, you should def get a refund.

    I am 99 percent certain that I clicked add on and did not click cancel here. I am not certain if it took the 60& out or not.

    same exact thing happened to me a few weeks ago... i was 99% certain i clicked double add on and the box disapeared and the 4000 chips were nowhere to be seen. it was my first rebuy tourn tht i played on ub tho so i just figured i effed it up somehow...

    well i was 99% certain i wasnt gonna get 1 outted today and i did. but for real i think the $60 thing is a pretty important factor!

    also has happened to me in the past and I am sure I clicked "add-on." it seems to be a really shitty glitch but seems to happen really rarely...

    prob misclicked - been playing ap rebuys for too many years now and dont think i ever had this issue

    This has happened to me twice in two days of playing on UB. Their support is ridiculously unhelpful.

    about a yr ago this happened to me in the 30r coulda swore i hit add on but then no chips were added figured i just messed up.. woke up played the 20r in the monring i was 1 tabling made sure 1000% i hit the button again no addon talked to support they gave me some rediculas info on how its my computer blah blah blah i re down loaded the software and presto addons worked again.. So my ADVISE is to redownload software

    OP, I have had the same problem with adding on at Absolute Poker. This has happened numerous times.

    I have found a solution though - if/when this happens again close down your table and open it back up before the break is over. You should now be able to add-on. It's some ridiculous glitch that happens every once in awhile.

    FWIW AP/UB is a joke and I rarely play their anymore.

    umm i think UB/abs is rigged and a joke.. every situation is a setup for one another.. not to mention the worst customer support.. tbh I HATE the cereus network and everything it represents in the poker world.. if its not one thing its another with this company.. hope it ceases to exist for much longer imo
