  1. I was in a 1-2 PLO8B game with $532.15 when the system crashed. They have neither put that money in my account nor given me a good response as to why or when they will do it.

I know some of you have didn't get your tourney buy-in back, but did any of you have any cash game cash "frozen" on the table and not received it back.

Lucky for me I have poker tracker and know exactly how much I had when the system went down.

UB finally sent me an email about 18 hrs after I emailed them telling how much money I started the day with. "HOW MUCH MONEY I STARTED THE DAY WITH"
    What a great response.

My account is $532 short, and they are telling me my account is currently correct.

Any body else having these problems?
  2. UB sent me an email when the game I was playing crashed. It was to tell me they were depositing the amount I had at the table into my account after thier investigation, to make sure everyone got the money they were owed... (apperently they 'freeze' the funds when this happens)

Probably happeneing a LOT at the moment, so dont be supprised if it takes a while for them to get back to you with a resolution.

(mine happened within a few hours of the 'upgrade', so I imagine they werent quite as swamped yet)

    GL!
  3. I just received an email now saying they were going to credit the cash game tables through out the day today. We will see if it happens in a timely manner. Their reply certainly wasn't, but I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt.

  4. I lost $30 last night in a heads up sng when it crashed. :o(
  5. YES! i have had the same problem. with over $600 total out for 2 days!
  6. Read legggggggys post guys he offered to help out with this!
  7. My deepest apologies for this mugging by UB. It really points out the crying need for the creation of a governing body/commission with the power and authority to ensure all on-line poker sites can't just stick it to their paying customers. If such an association is formed, only the most crooked and/or shaky sites will refuse to belong, which would ensure their rapid demise. Yes, I know some of the bigger sites are backed by gaming commissions, but I think there's a place for an over-all governing authority for on-line poker with some real teeth to serve as an arbiter when things go horribly wrong as they did for you at UB. I had been debating going back and playing on UB since I haven't done anything there in over a year, but your post has persuaded me that UB is the LAST place I'll put a dime's worth of my poker money. Again, hate to hear this happened and wish you much luck in getting some justice and your money back from the site. 2Slick

    AND YOUR COMPLAINING????
I DONT CARE IF UB WROTE BACK "HELLO GSXR"

yea, i have tons of money caught up in their downgrade
  11. well right now a lot of pressure is being put on the online poker community by the C3(Crazy Christian Congress(no offense to the non-crazy Christian, i like them)). so any organized effort regarding online poker should be put towards squashing legislation that might outlaw online poker. but dont worry, if worst comes to worst and online poker becomes illegal, its still pretty legal to buy a guy and shoot someone you greatly dislike. just say you were hunting and you're just a poor shot.
