  1. I never use UB so maybe this is a known issue already but,

    Sometimes when I open UB, the lobby appears but I can't do anything. Nothing is clickable and no games/tournaments are listed. I can't click minimize/maximize/close in the top corner either. All I can do is right click UB on my taskbar at the bottom of my screen and then it gives a pop up saying "Login ID is not recognized" and then UB closes. If I reboot my computer, I can open UB with zero problems. What can I do to fix this?
     
  2. It's possible your internet connection is f'd at the time.

UB has some serious problems with their software, lobbies and tables locking up, screen display going wild, server disconnecting you; buttons disappearing, happens to a lot of people, on both poker and blackjack tournament tables. UB refuses to acknowledge or fix it. Think their support staff just lacks the skills needed to write and support decent software. Complain to UB, complain a lot. Eventually they might be forced to do something. What the software is doing is trying to write to prohibited memory addresses.
  4. This is off topic but i have a question... is there anyone on P5 who offers support..like bryan fom ps? Im having issues, i havent played with ub in over six months and i reinstalled the program and got the same error message...player id is not recognized...i wrote to support and after a few emails they are saying i owe them $600 from allmost a year ago.

  6. I have the same problem. If you click every game type/lobby b4 signing in then you will be able to view everything that is going on.
