Hi All! Yesterday I posted how the customer care person I spoke to at Cereus/UB was extremely unhelpful and did not give me access to a supervisor when I requested one. i felt affronted by the lack of care given to a long standing customer such as myself. The issue was with regard to the 50 seat guar tickets I had in my account, after winning multiple entries and forgetting that the last one was in there. I had requested they transfer it to TDs and was told no. In response to my P5s post, Adrienne from UB provided me with a thorough explanation of what transpired, and was able to rectify the situation for me. I just want to say thank you to Cereus and Adrienne, in particular, for handling my issue professionally and promptly. Great Job UB!
