  1. For some reason, I had an urge to play on UB this morn for the first time in months. Tried logging on and received this message: Internal Error 0x062063. Please contact us for assistance at support@ub.com. Be sure to include in the subject:
    Reference number: 646960343

The same error message that they failed to rectify in the past due to lack of response by their support team.

So once again, I emailed them and to no surprise they have not responded.

Can anybody out there help me? UB reps, help?

    Thanks

Solution: Just received a phone call from Jim "KK" Worth. Explained the error message and went out of his way to fix my account.

    Thank you Jim and UB
  2. Internal Error 0x062063. Please contact Customer Support for assistance

This particular error number usually means that you got some splainin' to do. Have you transferred or been transferred any funds recently? If so, how sure are you that the funds were in no way tainted? Have you given anyone a 'loan' via chip dumping? This error is usually indicative of UB being suspicious of some activity regarding your account.

These type threads usually make for good drama. At first the poster is indignant, and then as the facts are revealed, comes to realize the error of his ways. Hope it's a mistake but if this is the error you got you gots some 'splainin' to do. Now that UB is associated with Absolute, if there is anything suspicious, in their eyes, between the 2 accounts, their security jumps in. Guilt by association with an account that they deem unworthy comes into play a lot. The fact that it takes their support such a long time to respond makes it necessary to avoid any possibility of triggering their security flags. They also share a 'negative database' with Bodog that has ensnared a few people.
  3. thanks compB, appreciate someone saying something. I'm straight so no worries here. Just trying to figure out why they won't respond to my emails.

  7. krazy kanuck does.
  8. I've had exactly the opposite experience recently... Withdrawl request was processed almost immediately and check arrived within 4 days... via snail mail. Yesterday e-mailed support a question, and heard back before the end of the day. I guess its hit or miss, or dependent on who's working support at that particular time
