UB is a great site but.........

    I havent played on there in about two months so i put some money on there and it seems as though they have lost a lot of their customers. I know they were having trouble with the software, but will this be a site in which it could never reach the higher tier of poker sites. It seems as though for the past year they can not distinguish themselves as being a site that separates themselves from others.

    I have been off an on with UB for about a year now.... I am a low limit player and absolutely love it there....they have never done me wrong and for that I cannot complain.....until they do me wrong I will support UB.....their software is second to none.....its runs so much faster than any other sites and makes if comfortable to play.....plus thier bet pot button rules since it is used and abused by many.....

    when is the affiliate system going to be back up?

    yes UB has lost a good amount of there players. I usually play in the 12 am 10+1 and it usually has 300-400 people in it even at that time.

    Last night I think has 200 (250 after alternates entered) and first paid only $400
    In the past this number was more like $900

    Im not sure taking away nearly every guarantee and doubling a couple of them for a week is very smart.

    but,...... sure enough I will be playing ub tonight

    I learned how to play poker in the play money games on UB. It was my #1 site until the recent upgrade. I hope they can turn things around before it's too late.

    It says there are 15,000 players playing right now, so that number doesnt seem to be down overall.

    A lot of players love UB's interface and structure, so I'm sure the tourney entries will eventually return to what they once were when the guarantees are back and users feel confident the tournaments are stable.

    support is teh sux.
    one example - i've submitted a simple cashier question 4x through 3 different channels (directly through their site, and via different emails) in the last 4 days, and got nothing, nada, zip for response - som much for response within 24 hrs guanranteed.
    let's not even get started about when there's a real problem, like when my bonus dollars weren't being converted properly.
