just tried to play a nl cash game on ub, i open the hh and have ultimatehistory running as usual to track my play, about 2 minutes in a message pops up saying "you have requested too many hand histories, close and reopen the window to retriewe more"...so basically i can't track my play there now, and if there's no way to do that i really wouldn't want to play there.....wtf??

I got the same crap and they told me that I needed to request all my HH from support. What a crock of shit.
Where the heck is Beanie when u need him? -
That crutch is a little harder to use at UB right now. Last upgrade seems to have altered something that poker tracker needs.

Hello guys,
First, you need to download this nice tool:
http://pokeraide.dnsalias.org/HistoryKiller/latest.zip[/L]
For the case that you have not installed .Net2.0 you need to download this as well:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads
/thankyou.aspx?familyId=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displayLang=en
THEN
1. Install .Net2.0 (Reboot if needed).
2. Extract the "latest.zip" to a folder of your choice.
3. Start UB software.
4. Open the tables.
5. Start "HistoryKiller.exe", click "Stop", set "Frequency" to 90, click "start" and minimize it.
6. Open hand history windows.
This should help to get the hand histories as it automatically close/open the HH windows so that you can still import (observed) HH's.
Good luck
