    As a player who plays on all major sites I must say my money and player protection feels the most secure on UB. email= instint response.. costumer support is far superior than any other site...obv

    UB ROCKS!

    I e-mailed them 2 yrs ago about joining the site had some questions and i still havnt heard from them.

    Best security? Did you know that you can log into your account from two different locations at the same time? Can't play the same table you're already seated at, but can play other tables? I found that out quite by accident - now that's NOT security. Don't know yet if recent update fixed that problem but I'll be testing it.

    As to email response - you should see the number of emails I have sent to UB and the number of responses I've got - they just don't match. One response for every 3-4 emails I sent, and sometimes, it's a week before I get a response.

    you're obv. getting paid by UB to post this on the forum, but this is prob. +EV for you because the money they pay you, greatly exceeds what you could be making on the tables. GG.
