UB issue logging in

    Hi,

    Was wondering if anyone has had same issue I've been having recently logging into UB. I've tried contacting customer support but I'd be better off gouging out my eyes with a dull rusty butter knife.

    About 2 weeks ago I was registered in a tournament and logged into the site for a few hours without playing, then when the tournament started it didn't pop up and nothing would refresh(like happens every now and then on UB).. so I logged off and tried signing back in.

    I have username/pw saved so when I clicked log in it said "Login ID is not recognized. Please Contact Support.". Weird. I retyped everything and made sure no spaces/ caps anything like that and same error. The weird thing is after a random amount of tries after opening/closing retyping username I get in fine.

    I also noticed that when I enter an inccorect password without touching the username it says "Incorrect password has been entered. Please make sure the password is correct". Then I enter correct password and says Login ID is not recognized.

    So if anyone has experienced similar issue and figured out the problem would appreciate it.

    you need to contact ub and they will have that fixed...

    you can only log onto on name per computer is how they have their security setup...so someone else must have logged into ub on your computer...

    send an email to "support at ultimatebet dot com" and they should be able to fix that for you...

    Same thing happened to me for the 200k couple weeks ago. I tried emailing them but obv no response...

    i was disconn. and logged off while playing 2 UB tourneys. There function is not like stars or tilt, where u can click on reigisterd in tourney to take u back.

    I had to manually search for the tournies i was registered and take my seat.

    Its a real pain in the ass, I also emailed ub to fix this shit.
