    I just got a call from Tommy at UB. He was asking MY suggestions for the site. It seems that UB is finally interested in making the site what the players want it to be. It might be a small step in the right direction, but at least its a step. Thanks to all who work so hard to make this game what it is.

    Didn't they do this already with supermoves last year? More importantly, haven't they figured out what people want yet? Solve the server problems and fix customer service because it's broken.

    I'm not sure who they have and have not talked to, but the impression I got was that they planned on talking to many players. I know many of you hate UB, but I was simply trying to inform those that care about current progress. If you don't care about UB, then don't read this thread. The server issues are being taken care of as per the recent upgrade. If you have played on there recently you will notice this.

    I'm just saying that they should already know what the customers want. They just have been unable to implement it for whatever reason.

    What people want from a poker site is constantly changing. I am glad to hear that ub is reaching out to its players asking for opinions, it lets them keep up with the poker world. I play on ub on a daily basis and I have never had an issue with them. There site has been slowly improving over the past 2 weeks and it looks like it will continue to improve. I know there are a lot of ub haters out there, but well, I don't care, ub is my favorite site and will probably continue to be. So you guys can keep on hating and writing those flaming posts, some of them are pretty funny because it's obvious that some of you haven't been on the site lately and are just jumping bash ub bandwagon and it makes you look pretty stupid.
