UB MTT software is a technical nightmare - beware!

    I played in an MTT at UB today - was on my way to final table when software froze- they took 1 hour or so to cancel and simply refunded money - play there in MTT's at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have played in many MTT's at UB lately with no Problem at all!

    sorry to hear about that.

    i play almost exclusively at ub and have never had a tournament freeze and then be cancelled since those problems they had back in march.

    Tourny server went down this morning, I didnt see this before I posted, I still havent been refunded or credited at all after 2.5 hours of play, 85% of the field out.

    This used to be standard operating procedure for UB after an upgrade/update, they have been better recently. In a day or two you should have money back.
