UB gave me some money to try them out again, and I've run it up somewhat nicely, but 90% of the time when I watch a table to see if the game is good or not, I get a notice that I have disconnected, and/or a popup box that asks me to log in again and then says "your session has expired. Please restart the application" when I do so. Is this common, is there a workaround??
p.s. also their heads up holdem rooms go from .25/.50 directly to $10-$25. Add some 2-4 and 5-10, come on now!! -
I've had those messages for almost a month, but thought I was the only one....Sorry I can't be more helpful, but now that I know it's not just me, I'll look into it a little more.

This happens to me whenever I briefly lose connection. You can still play without restarting UB, just don't click the button, move it into a corner or something.

I agree with da Monkey. I think it has to do with disconnects. I've been seeing it myself for about a month I'd estimate.

I have been having the same issue and it happens everytime my wireless connection goes out. I have had no luck continuing my game and have had to restart application a lot. Really sucks when u are on the bubble of an SnG.

I just started playing on UB a month ago. I haven't had the problem.
