    Same thing happened to me a few months back. I play late into the night, no problem. Next morning I try to log on and I get some weird ass error message. I frantically email support for help, meanwhile I try everything I can think of on my own for hours, redownloading UB, restoring my computer to an earlier time, etc. etc. After a few days they email me and tell me they are referring my problem "to the proper department" to get it resolved.

    Throughout the course of a week or more I can only sit and wait for resolution to the problem. Even though I knew I had done absolutely nothing wrong, they really made me feel like I had pulled some fast move or something. I was never accused of anything, but UB support NEVER TOLD ME WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON the entire time I couldn't log in.

    Eventually they sent me an email with some kind of new password or something, tell you the truth I don't remember exactly. Anyway, I've had no problems since, but I still have no clue what happened. Since then I have never kept much money on UB. In this climate of uncertainty, I think you'd have to be a complete tool to trust any real money on internet poker sites.

    I wouldn't hound or harrass UB support on this problem of yours... it won't help. Good luck, bro.

    You can try contacting a UB rep if your issue is truly urgent. I had been ignored by UB support for days until KK came to my rescue. KK cleared up my problem within 15 minutes and I was back to playing on my fav site...TY KK!

    Nah, my acct wasnt closed, just a lil problem. My point was that KK stepped in and IMMEDIATELY got me some results. WTG KK. And UB IS my fav site cause the tourney structure is the best on the internet.
