I was playing a HU SNG and after the match I went to my account screen and found all of my money besides .71 gone from the account. I looked at the transaction history and did not see any withdraw happen. Any help in getting this resolved from a UB Player rep would be appreciated.
I sent emails to customer support but I really would like to get this resolved sooner than later.

Surprising....UB screws yet another player over......
-
I'm still surprised that people are staying there. When you see players like Muddy leave it's time to go. I feel for you tho I hope someone can help you out!
-
As stupid as this is going to make me look, I feel I owe an explanation of what happened as it is not fair of UB to have the public get the wrong impression.
I was playing a 10 man SNG and in between hands I thought I would mess around with BJ. I messing around doing all kinds of crazy stuff, betting 750 a hand and doubling with stupid stuff. Little did I realize this was not play money, but real money.
UB service has responded to my emails and this was not their fault, but my lack of understanding that BJ is now played with real money.
Lou Pinella -
please tell me that you are not serious
-
wow that sucks.....did they give you back the money?? I would assume no.
-
just wow
-
Misterix, unfortunately I am very serious. Taking my poker very serious and grinding it out and then to make this silly mistake is not a lot of fun.
-
I am very sorry, this is one of the sadest ways I have ever heard of anyone losing their bankroll. One guy accidentally entered a $1000 sitngo when he was trying to join a $100, and the $100 was just a treat and out of his bankroll.
Again, , a very sad story. -
Misterixz, thanks for the thoughts but I am not looking for sympathy. I have played on UB for over 3 years and they always get a bum rap and I jumped the gun by posting this in the first place as it was not the fault of UB.
-
would be neat if they did something to help you out.....
chances are slim.
very sorry sir sorry indeed.
If I thought signing a petition or someting to get rid of BJ i would butI dont see that happening either -
A good company ANTICIPATES this kind of thing and provides WARNINGS. That really sucks, I'm sorry that happened to you.
-
UB should of sent out a warning that blackjack was now going to be for real money. Just last week I had a pretty large amount in my UB account and was playing blackjack betting 1k a hand. I then got scared cause I thought that it may be for real money, luckily it wasnt.
Anyway, I really doubt UB can do much because if you did end up winning, would you of gave the money back? haha -
They did send an email stating BJ was for real money
I got it -
UB is not to blame for my oversight. When you log into UB they have this new message window and the first bullet point is BJ is now for real money. Bashing UB for my mistakes is not right, I wish this thread wouldn't have even started as I only have myself to blame. But I either thought my account got hacked or we had another software glitch.
I certainly appreciate the kind thoughts however, do not want to discount those.

P2P Your taking it like a champ, GL on your recovery.
-
exactly how much are we talking?
-
yeahh dude happen to me on pokeroom..played BJ and I knew it was for real money..but by accident i bet 100$, i dont rember how i did it i think there was a button for a 100 or i mistyepd..but i lost the hand..and then the next hand later i did REPEAT bet how fucking dumb was i ..lost my small roll on there wasnt my main roll but still it hurts..and no i dont play blackjack anymore online.
-
Lou, I think you're a real stand up guy for not blaming UB for your mistake and taking it like a man. I'm sorry that this had to happen to you but I am sure you will come back from this experience better than before. GL to you in the future.

leggy the guy came back and posted that it was his mistake and not UBs. He wasn't asking for you to do anything to help him once he realized it was his error. Please go back and read the 2nd post before you jump down the poor guys throat.
