UB Software Problems

    I'm leaving myself open for plenty of sarcasm here but wanted to ask if anyone else in the last week or so has had problems with UB crashing?
    Just in the last 72 hours or so. Never had problems with it before.

    This has been an issue with them forever now, feel lucky that it has only been happening to you the past 72 hours. I deal with it every day for the most part. It usually happens to me when I open up one of my tournament lobbies.

    THIS. My UB crashes about 4x a session if I open up lobbies. Its gotten to the point where I just never look at the lobby anymore for any of their tourneys.

    i regged for a sit n go yesterday and was taken to a blank table. Contacted live support, and they refunded me imeediately. reopened ub and it was fine. only problem ive had

    I have no idea if this is related or not...All I know is it worked for me...If your using IE as your browser it may be your problem. I had so many issues with the lobbies and cashier freezing everything up as soon as I opened it, As well as other various sites. Once I switched to firefox it hasn't happened.

    Give it a try and see if it might be your problem

    Crashing like a SOB for me.....3 tables open yesterday and only 1 freezes. open a new table or lobby and it crashes. Let it sit idle for more than 3 mins and it freezes....I did use the instant play yesterday but HM doesnt work with it. Doesnt have that delay before the 1 out river is dealt so thats a good thing i suppose.

    Suggestion on 2+2 to use an uninstaller program called REVO uninstaller 1st then re-install.i did that late last night so i cant say if its helped or not.

    My email to AP support was replied to by a form reply asking answers to basic questions....all which were contained in my original email. Standard.

    Just in the last 72 hours or so. Never had problems with it before.

    I have had some trouble. Seems like at least once a session the tables start glitching and I have to reboot the program. Just use the live UB chat thing and they should be able to help.

    but it crashes anything else im running
    suffice to say i dont open ub much because of this

    its annoying, even had a ub guy go into my computer and do some cleanup stuff that was supposed to help with this problem, but it really hasnt helped and it crashes way too often

    I tried Susies suggestion and switched my default browser to Firefox and ill be damned but so far it hasnt crashed 1 time today.. and it seems to run much smoother also. Not sure what differance the browser makes but ill live with it if this holds up........

    Looks like it is the lobbys' giving me grief. Two restarts in the last session!!
    Im binning it soon. Sick to death of it. Support sent me a really nice (generic) email about the importance of a reliable internet connection.
