    Anyone having trouble with getting their tournament dollars for multiple UBOC entries? I have not been credited my tournament dollars and no one from UB support will get back with me! Very frustrating!

    Similar issue:

    Made a final table in a "gaurantee" tourny, which awards a seat to the Sunday UBOC event, but I don't see me name in the UBOC lobby. Anyone know how long this takes?

    (brag post?.......maybe......if $64 if worth bragging about)

    UB's customer support staff are um, special

    I participated in a round table discussion (one of many) held at the Aruba Classic - all the right ideas were suggested re: tournament selection, guarantees, customer support, etc - none were implemented.

    I play on FTP now and hope to return to UB one day when they fix their issues.
