    Hello, I'm 22Grindin. I play UB regularly and am now encountering an internal error screen. I have friends on the site that are not having any problems and logged in as an observer, I see the site is running fine.
    I have an idea as to what is going on but I think I'm just being paranoid. Has anyone ever had this problem? Do you have any ideas? Let me know what you think.

    Internal Error 0x062063. Please contact Customer Support for assistance

    This particular error number usually means that you got some splainin' to do. Have you transferred or been transferred any funds recently? If so, how sure are you that the funds were in no way tainted? Have you given anyone a 'loan' via chip dumping? This error is usually indicative of UB being suspicious of some activity regarding your account.

    These type threads usually make for good drama. At first the poster is indignant, and then as the facts are revealed, comes to realize the error of his ways. Hope it's a mistake but if this is the error you got you gots some 'splainin' to do. Now that UB is associated with Absolute, if there is anything suspicious, in their eyes, between the 2 accounts, their security jumps in. Guilt by association with an account that they deem unworthy comes into play a lot. The fact that it takes their support such a long time to respond makes it necessary to avoid any possibility of triggering their security flags.

    Well, I may be found in some ways guilty of some of things you mentioned....but I have a valid argument. So how does UB handle this?

    I had a problem a while back.

    1. Delete the UB client.
    2. Clear/delete cookies
    3. Clean out the internet history file.
    4. Clean out the windows history file
    5. Clean out the temp internet page file
    6. reboot the computer
    7. Re-install the UB client

    This worked for me a couple months back. It let's you start from a clean slate. I this doesn't work contact UB support with you basic system type info and ask for help.

    I attempted to login last night and I got an internal error message also. I emailed support and they said the security department is taking a look at it. I haven't done anything wrong. I really don't care if I ever play there again. I would like my money though.

    yeah, i actually prefer UB. stars is ok...Tilt pisses me off ( havent given it a fair shot yet, though)....but UB's play, players, and tourney's are my favorite.

    I had same thing happen about a month ago. I just emailed them, told that I HAD tried to reinstall the program and they fixed it. Standard UB response times is about 2-3 days. Just put in subject line LOCKED OUT OF ACCOUNT...PLEASE HELP

    Just got this response from them. They don't even spell my last name right, and I haven't played on Bodog for at least a year....whatever, I'm done with UB.

    UB does have a phone number I call them before. I call Full tilt before i call AP before . They all got a phone number . You have to find it...... shit u better play on Poker star when it is trustworthy

    WTF is up with this shit? Marco got the same email yesterday and has def never cheated/dumped on bodog, or anywhere... if bodog caught him cheating why can he log in there but not on UB? this is absurd...

    I have this same problem.....since AP and UB are "connected" I cannot log into either one. I E-mailed them, because I know I have done nothing wrong on either site, and was told that it was a problem with my brother and Bodog, and there is nothing I can do until my brother fixes the situation. I think its crazy.
    But, it is wierd because I recently bought a laptop and was able to log into AP and withdrawal my funds, but cannot from my desktop, but still cannot log into UB on either one.
