1. My UB said it had to end program and then immediately after I got an alert from AVG saying "Trojan Horse Downloader Generic 8 BGD". These two events happened simultaneously as UB had to be "shut down".
    What is going on?

  2. What's going on is that you're playing on UB. Is there actually any mystery in this?
  3. lol UB
  4. Hearts13 FTW!!
  5. UB VIRUS = Blackjack

    SF rigged.
  6. Im pretty sure AP just had the same problem.

  7. same thing happend to me on AP last week.......

  8. same on ap last week. Could not get it to load , and got trogan horse message from avg. Could not ever straighten it outso I uninstalled Ap. tried to reinstall once, but same thing happened.Just uninstalled again and gave up. Kat
  9. I uninstalled too. It just makes you wonder how this could happen. It would mean that UB/AP is sending out trojans which means

    1) their security has been compromised

    2) they are really sending out trojans on purpose

Option 2 would have to be the dumbest thing in the world for them to do so doesn't this mean that their security has been compromised? You can't tell me that the programmers fucked up at UB so much that they are sending out trojans. That would mean that the programmers put trojans into the software and that doesn't happen by mistake...

  10. Yea, same thing happened on AP.

    http://www.pokernewsdaily.com/false-...re-update-710/

It just looks like programmers there made a retarded error and/or they didn't bug test the software release properly.

  11. yeah i had the same thing too, stopped plaing on AP until it gets sorted. too many other sites to play on anyway, they can just lose money if they are retarded.

It isn't actually a virus. Read the Poker News Daily article.

  15. not saying this is the case but avg has A LOT of false positives.

  16. Hey leets,

It's an infected warez-spread trojan that has a downloader for its primary infector, and the downloader installs a special payload onto your computer for later execution - what is downloaded is controlled and changed.

to use your computer for illegal activities such as money laundering, computer hacking and much more.

Dude your accounts are about to be hacked

    go here: Take thier advice

  17. It's a payloader trojan, uberbad
  18. Surely an upstanding poker room like UB or AP would never a put a virus on your computer.
  19. Highly doubtful this is where it came from, the payload was delivered earlier in the week and just got activated, you need to take corrective action immediatly, they will have banking info, poker info and more if you do more online.

They usually have 1000 stroke keyloggers inserted in them to decrypt on the run so, format IMO is the best idea.

These are terribad hard to get rid of as there is so many hidden fake extentions.

Try avast antivirus and avg antivirus first.

hit this site up aswell and do an online scan to get a better idea
