UB WIthdrawal

    Hi I've been playing on UB for a while, and recently went to make a withdrawal.
    I got an error message that says 'you need to update your personal information to be able to withdraw' but all my details are completely correct.... and the page to update personal info doesn't work in any case.
    And can't get a reply from UB support...
    Anyone here had the same problem and what did you do to fix it?

    Yeah, but I've made many withdrawals before with no problems, and all this information is actually there... there isn't one thing wrong with my account info.
    Plus the page to update info doesn't work anyway so I can't even 'change' it by like deleting something then putting the same thing again

    I withdraw using direct deposit and they deleted/erased my bank info but i was able to reinput and everything worked peachy.....Good Luck!

    frey-- heres the deal... i ran into this recently.

    -Your phone number needs up be updated in the change account screen.
    -Half the time the change account screen will not load right.
    -Keep trying this screen (helps if the time is low traffic)
    -PM me if this doesn't help.
