Think it's supposed to be more like the turbo 2x chance that stars has on scoop (and maybe wcoop too). Where it's a super fast structure but you can rebuy if and only if you bust a stack. This is a better structure though so really it's not too bad imo.
EDIT: Whaaaatt they got rid of the saturday $320 on UB for this? Now I think it's wack. -

yeah, same. They could have at least started us with 3k since you you have to lose ur stack to rebuy. w/e, im playing it anyway....

I have to agree this was one of the worst tourneys ive played yet. I hope they dont plan on putting that one on the schedule regularly cause its a bust. Anyone else also notice for the Mini event yesterday they took away a $11 5k gtd tourney and put up a miniUBOC for $12 with a 3k gtd...all I can say is what a joke. At least make your special tourneys with gtds that are BETTER than the reg schedule. I feel like I got raped and didnt even get dinner first

I dont know..I thought the idea of having special tourney series was to ADD to your schedule..not take all the good stuff away and leave you with nothing to play BUT the series. I'll be at Fulltilt today if ya need me

yeah, this tourney confused me. i thought i would get to add on to that 1500 starting stack. hopefully they fix it for next time.

yea we dropped the ball on this one. sorry. i think it was a good idea in theory but guess it got overlooked. regardless, im sure the structure was decent even without the 3k starting stacks but it shouldve been at least 2k stacks.
fwiw the main event structure is going to be siiick. hopefully not too slow but it'll def be one of the best structure tourneys you've ever played.
overall looks like the UBOC has been a success aside from the h4h at the final 2 tables and a couple other kinks. feedback def appreciated. not trying to hijack btw but suggestions never hurt.
