UB's late registration

    Can someone please explain this to me.

    I was under the impression it's either after the first level or after the extra available seats they keep open for it are filled, whichever happens first.

    I swear it stays open for the whole first hour sometimes which makes no sense at all.

    most tourneys last 1 hour (atleast the good 1s) the rules u posted are old

    Pretty awesome that people still wonder about this. It's been going on for a while (this isn't directed at OP but a rant about AP/UB clown/regs,) but they STILL complain and wonder why a tourney has late reg open. They general say it makes the tournament harder to win because of so many people, and first place gets less money. Honestly, they say the prize pool gets smaller when the field gets bigger. It's incredible.
