I was confused this morning when I booted up UB, went to a cash table and sat down and saw rai$e points...I raised a hand early on and then the points jumped up right after it...I thought maybe the more you raised the more you got...clearly with this post..I am wrong.

how about fixing your site before thinking about all these promotions. First I spend 2 weeks e-mailing support about my account being limited to 3 tables only to find out they restricted me to 3 because they thought I was a fking bot. I mean are you serious?

The speed of the software and the bad players on your site is a huge plus for any serious player. If only you could make an effort for the support. It's like you do it on purpose. Theres tons of assitance for deposits but not much for the rest.

My points were cut in half too, but I was just playing at a few ring games and now i'm earning 4x more UPoints because of Legend status. so now i'm back up to where i was before....Good stuff!

Icon status only - 10,000 points a month is a big ask.

UB overlords:

1) Get the correct info inside your tourney lobbies. Have registered for too many Turbo/Rebuy tournies that are 60 minutes until the first break, not the 30 minutes a turbo is supposed to be. A half-dozen emails over a couple of weeks didn't get the problem fixed, the support people seemed clueless.

2) Bring back the Ultra Turbos, such as the 11:50 a.m. EST $11 satellite to the 2 p.m. 100+9. Also the ultras to the Sunday $200 and $500, as well as to any large buy-in tourney such as the new $150+12 and Aruba and WPT super sats.

3) Throw in the occasional Bonus Dollar tourney. A year or so ago, a $3 rebuy tourney gave cash up to $1,000 (based on your BDs) to nine or 10 spots and the entries themselves paid for the places.

4) Stop screwing me on the river. How often can a straight be filled against my KK or a set be hit with queens vs. fours? Seriously, stop it.

5) What will happen to the point tables and sit n gos with RAISE? Power up the sit n gos with turbos and ultras so we can gamble with them, not twiddle our thumbs for 10-minute levels.

6) Undo the darkness in your hearts and let me get a piece of the Bad Beat Jackpot, big or small, it does not matter, just a piece.

7) Kill this guy who just went all-in with K4 vs. my AK - and the flop comes 44K. Fry him.

8) Bring back the old "hand of the hour" jackpots or whatever they were called.

9) Add my "Pocket Pair Power" idea, where for an added entry fee, say $2 on a $20 tourney or $5 on a $100 event, the person having the most AA and KK hands combined preflop, or the total number of pocket pairs etc..., gets the kitty.

Seriously, I used to love UB about 2 years ago and then they tore the site down for weeks for freakin black jack and I had money tied up for over a month.

Maybe what annoys me most about UB is that Sit N Gos never paid for bonus dollars. Has that been changed yet?
