    I wondered about playing some 'cereus' satellites and asked them for details on how they payout and if you can win multiple packages. I also asked about left-over step tickets. Their response is disappointing on all counts and also implies they are able to register on players behalf this year.

    If you win the WSOP package, we credit $2000 into your account for the travel expenses and the 10.000 is for the WSOP, we take care of that.

    If you win the package twice, the second package will be refunded. However, it will be refunded only once, third or four packages wont be refunded.

    Regarding your second question, let us inform you that you do not need to use your tickets immediately, however, you need to use them before the main event, otherwise, you will lose them.

    VERY LAME, and makes no sense!!

    i cant see what major benefits they have not offering multiple packages if someone is able to win more than 2, and i CANT STAND THE FACT THAT YOU CANT JUST HAVE THE MONEY.. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKEEEEEEEE!!!!

    I pointed out some contradictions in various support emails that had been posted here and asked support for clarification. The response I received and attached below is more in lines with what I would expect from a company trying to win back player respect:

    We apologize for the delay in our reply. Although we strive to answer all e-mails both thoroughly and promptly, occasionally our customer service agents receive an inordinate number of requests, which can lead to minor delays.

    Rest assured that once the WSOP Step Tournaments are over, players will not lose the Step entries that they have won. Players will be able to use their remaining Step Entries to win an Aruba Poker Classic package or to qualify for other events that will be defined very soon.

    The Step Tournaments to qualify for the WSOP will end around 7 days before start of the Main Event.

    If you win a WSOP Main Event package after playing a Step 10, we are crediting Real Money to your account, $2,000 USD are credited in the next 48 hours after winning the Step 10 and $10,000 USD about 3 weeks before WSOP Main Event. You will be able to withdraw directly from your account.

    Kindly note that the organizer of the WSOP has the same policy for this year regarding 3rd party registration. We are unable to register you in the Main Event. Players have to register by themselves.

    Players are able to play as many Steps of the same level as they want. For example, you may play in several "Step 1" Tournaments, if you get an entry to "Step 2" in seven of them, you will have seven "Step 2" Entries that you can use at any time. Any second seat after winning Step 10, will be credited to your Real Money balance.

    If you win a WSOP Main Event seat through Absolute Poker, you will not be required to wear Absolute Poker clothing, nonetheless take into consideration that if you win the Main Event after qualifying through AP, wearing our branded gear, we will give an extra $10,000,000 USD.

    Steps Tournaments Terms and Conditions are the same for the sites within the Cereus Network.
