I recently attended the Toronto edition of the Ultimate Bet Cross Canada Tour with mixed opinions. I am interested in hearing others opinions who attended any of the events and about their overall experience. Here is my opinion on the event.

I attended the Toronto stop of the Ultimate Bet Cross Canada Tour on Saturday March 7th, featuring a guest panel of UB pros hosted by Phil Hellmuth.

Everything was done very well in my opinion. The only downside (and this was a major downside) was Phil Hellmuth. He was clearly unprepared and unrehearsed to deliver this presentation. He would stop to read each slide (which was a clear indication that this was likely the first time hed seen the presentation) disagree with the content on the slide, and put down whoever he believed built the presentation (Annie Duke took the brunt of his negativity). This in my mind is clearly unprofessional. <span> </span>He really didnt stick to the agenda or presentation, straying off into various stories that held little value to the audience. I hate to say this was a bad experience because every other element of the presentation was done with great care and preparation. Of the rest of the guest panel, KrazyKanuck and especially PokerH0 appeared to be very familiar with the content, very professional, and offered valuable discussion on the topics presented. It was frustrating for the audience however as every time KrazyKanuck or PokerH0 began to get on a roll, Phil would bring it to a screeching halt by cutting them off with a story or bad joke , both offering little value to the topic. My friend and I ended up leaving during the presentation. I would like to take this opportunity should KrazyKanuck or PokerH0 read this to express my apologies. It was incredibly rude of me to walk out and I hope you accept my apologies. I was very interested to hear more of your discussion but simply put, I could not take any more of Phil ruining it.

Any thoughts P5 Nation?
