    Here is the schedule of events for the UB Online Championships. Looks like $100,000 will be awarded to the best overall player throughout the series.

    I also heard in Aruba that UB will be offering resizable tables soon along with a new VIP program. All I know is that ever since they added the bad beat jackpot, the tables have flooded with rubes giving away money. I haven't seen such soft play since we hit the crest of the poker boom in 2006.

    UB also updated the popular "UB Buddy" - the #1 feature in poker in my opinion. http://www.ultimatebuddy.com/.

    UBET could offer me $1000, and I would still never play that rat hole again. You know what the worst feature is...the 4 month wait for my cash out check, and 19,000 unanswered emails about it.

    I have had no problems cashing out any checks on UB. Are you sure that your account is registered and you have validated your e-mail address? That is the most common error when players cash out and run into problems.

    My guess is that they'll be in touch soon to resolve.

    Giving $100,000 to the best overall player seems like a fun idea, but it is going to lead to a lot of problems with collusion. I'm sure people will have their friends (or their other accounts, lol) dump their $200 buy ins to them if they are at the top of the Player of the Tournament race at the end. Offering the $100,000 is just asking for problems.

    It's good we have a UB rep here so he can make some changes. Rube, tell your boss to take the $100,000 and add it to the Main Event.

    just sounds like a marketing ploy to get players to their site. take in the rake, etc. trying to compete with WCOOP and FTOPS

    seriously, now that it has been proven (admitted) that AP was compromised (and on the balance of the evidence by some its owners/managers in an attempt to cheat players) and that some of these same people are running UB (behind the scenes) why would anyone play on there anymore?

    i liked UB's big tourny structures and was quite successful in them, but i'm not prepared to prop-up a bunch of cheats by giving them my custom.

    i've uninstalled UB and don't plan on playing there again.

    King, I was a member since 2003 with multiple cashouts. The last one took FOUR months to complete. Multiple emails---over 10---were never responded to. Place is a joke.

    Agreed! Why waste ur money on that site. If the bots arent enough for you, the collusion at 5/10 is ridiculous.

    They are not doing limit O8 this year. Good thing. Probably still haven't figured out the blind structure. They offered us a freeroll as compensation which was wrong, they should have given a refund. Then they didn't even do the freeroll. Anyone who plays on UB or Absolute, gets what they deserve.

    The reason people play there: Americans have very few options. stars and Tilt obv, but what then? Bodog, AP, UB, and PlayersOnly, thats it. I'm really down on Bodog's software these days, and their banking options arent the best. PlayersOnly is up and coming, they definitely add some mtt's to the daily grind that are worth playing, but their software causes me some problems, and their mtt selection is still kinda low. AP and UB are very quick with banking, have nearly flawless software that rarely causes problems, and the mtt structure at UB is easily the slowest available. That being the case, which 2nd tier sites do you think get my business? Man cannot live on stars and tilt alone (at least not this one!)

    I can assure you I am not an employee of UB. However, I have played on UB for 5+ years and have a lot of experiences to share.
