    Beofre I start, I preface it by saying anyone who says we get what we deserve for playing there is 100% correct. That being said I have to post this in the hopes that others will be pissed and maybe something can be done about it.

    After final tabling UBOC #1 and 9th in UBOC # 3 (obv brag) I was interest in seeing what the leaderboard looked like since they were giving away a WSOP seat for 1st and another to be played out for 2nd through 9th. Well after searching for it for days and sending support some emails, they finally posted some results on Tuesday, which did not include my UBOC #1 points. Again I emailed them for a few days and after a few errors in their responses they finally told me they were looking into it.

    Well today, without receiving a response from them, I see this gem on the UBOC Leader Board page:

    "Players involved in a final table deal at a UBOC event will not qualify for tournament leaderboard points"

    Now when we made a deal at the final table in UBOC #1, I asked their support who was handling the chop if there were any other ramifications (points, some type of prize/braclet) which he answered a definitive no.

    Secondly, their normal point structure gives leaderboard points based on chip counts at the time of a chop.

    Lastly, and most important, the sentece above about not qualifying for points was added TODAY. ONE WEEK INTO THE SERIES. How can you advertise something and post the rules as you go? Whats next, only UB sponsored pros will qualify for the Leaderboard?

    I'm sure this won't help matters, but I know some UB reps post here so I'm hoping they read this and talk to the higher ups to do the right thing. I'm not even sure why they wouldn't want the points to count.

    I was actually affected by this also. I bitched and was told we would receive points.

    First, congrats on those nice cashes. But this does not surprise me, as UB lies to it's customers and doesn't give a damn because enough suckers return no matter how bad UB abuses them. It seems they may cost you as much a WSOP seat with their lies, well played again UB.

    I played on this site for years until I was cheated out of thousands, now like everyone else I get a fraction of what I was cheated out of, and no hand histories or superuser list to try and see how much they shorted me. Annie Duke personally promised me I would get my hand histories, where are they Annie???????

    Thanks Wisco. Obviously you were one of the names I was hoping would look into this and although you dont have to, it is much appreciated.
