I dont like to start posting on a site with someting critical but i believe this situation needs to be revealed to the poker community. I have not played on ub for some time and went on the site last weekend to clean out the whopping 3.91 in my account by playing a couple of micro tourneys till it was gone. I regestered for a 1+ turbo and then something strange happened. On the main page my balance didnt reflect the change. So i entered a 2+ sit n go, again no change in balance. So then i entered another, and another, and another. All 2 dollar sit n gos before the site finally caught up and updated my balance. By then i was playing in over 10 dollars in tourneys with my 3.91. Now i was not trying to cheat ( although it was a little fun ) . I tried to contact support and also sent a message to them about what had happened but no response. I know this is nickle/dime stuff but my questions are how can this happen? If this can happen to their software what other weaknesses are their? I try not to wear my tin foil hat much but this situation has made me stop and think. Any thoughts from the respected members here is appreciated. I hope to be a more regular participant on p5 about more upbeat issues in poker ( like all my bad beats lol). Thanks!
